Delta Grace: April 17-19
Vision: Families deployed together using our gifts and graces to love God, others and each other.
Who can go? Families with members aged 2-100
What will we be doing? Delta Grace ministers to households in Sunflower and surrounding communities by providing small-scale to large-scale home repairs.
Will there be work for us to do? We are so little. Delta Grace works with families with a wide variety of needs and even our youngest volunteers can be helpful. Holding a nail or swinging a hammer! Pick up debris or sweeping up dust. Gathering screws or holding a hinge. This trip is about us working together and building the serving-muscle God has given all of us. We will accomplish the tasks before us. We will be friendly and show love to the clients we are serving. And we will do it together.
Where will we sleep? We will have 4 bunk rooms (with 12-20 beds in each one). We will figure out how to best accommodate all of us!
How will we get there? We will take the church bus and at least 2 other vehicles.
What will we eat? We will provide our own food. So, families will take turns in the kitchen!
The cost is $130 per attendee. This covers all meals and lodging.
Please pay as you are able.
Tier 1$130/person(MAX $500/Family)
Tier 2$100/person(MAX $390/Family)
Tier 3$70/Person(MAX $280/Family)
Financial assistance is available.
