Today

• 10:00 am -- Blessing of Backpacks

We will have prayer time for students and others involved in our school systems.  

Wednesday

• 6:00 pm – New Music Activity – Music/ Hand Chimes Class

We have a new activity for ages 2nd grade and up (including adults)!  You will learn to read music notes and rhythms and also learn how to play the hand chimes.  This is perfect for aspiring Handbell ringers or choir members!  Join us in the choir room to get started!

• 6:30 pm – G-Zone for children – Back-to-school bash
• 6:30 pm – Bible Study for Youth & Adults
• 6:30 pm – Adult Choir Practice -- You Are Invited! Join us on Wednesday nights to make beautiful music for His glory!

Thursday

• 6:30 pm – Community-Wide Prayer Meeting at Saltillo City Hall

Sunday, August 7

• NO United Methodist Men’s Fellowship Breakfast; they will be cooking 

for Sunday School promotion gathering

• SUNDAY SCHOOL PROMOTION GATHERING in Family Life

Center with breakfast prepared by United Methodist Men’s Fellowship.  Breakfast will be served from 8:30 until 9:10 am.  Promotion recognition will begin at 9:10 am.   If you would like to make a donation for this breakfast, the proceeds will benefit the youth ministry.

• 4:30-6:00 pm – Youth Back-to-School Bash
